The Fairweather Cove Estate property lies along the northwest bank of Lake Tapps. These splendid home sites capture the beauty of the Northwest in a way that few others can, yet they’re convenient to shopping and services. Fairweather Cove Estates is a private gated community located right on Lake Tapps between Sumner and Auburn; it comprises of 28 homes, with 12 choice home sites – four at lakeside and eight inland.

These magnificent parcels range from 8,500 to approximately 18,000 sf. (one-third of an acre), with magnificent views of Mt. Rainier. Every two waterfront lots share a dock, but the owners can build a private dock if they wish.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES

The community features an enclosed manorial, six-foot brick wall on three sides, with Lake Tapps on the fourth side; where residents can enjoy fishing, boating and waterskiing to their hearts’ content all in a private setting. The community’s own private recreation area boasts a dock, a boat launch and two swimming areas – one for adults and a shallower one for kids – that were dredged out of the lake and lined with sand.
